This is a gorgeous flattering loose fit dress, it’s shaped to just under the bust and then flares away easily.

I think it suits apple, pear and hourglass shaped women as long as the wearer is comfortable with floaty styles.

Any drapey fabric would suit it, it would look very cool in a stiff fabric too but probably only if the wearer is quite small busted.
