Nationwide traceable shipping $7 for orders under $150

All New Zealand based orders are sent via NZ Post and are fully traceable.  We will email confirmation of your purchase along with the ticket number of your parcel so you can track the whereabouts of your new acquisitions.

Delivery times will vary slightly depending on location & time of dispatch but you should have your goodies within 2-4 working days.  If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster. (All NZ orders are trackable.)

International orders are shipped using E-Retail Distribution. 

THIS SHIPPING METHOD IS FULLY TRACEABLE.

Your parcel may take between 2  to 10 working days after payment is confirmed, to arrive.  This timeframe is dependant on day of dispatch & your location. depending on where you are.  Taking into consideration that it is not stopped in customs.  If our order has not arrived by then please email info@vanillaink.co.nz with your order number and contact details.   

Australia, NZ$18, ETD 2-8 business days

UK and Europe, NZ$25, ETD 4-8 business days

United States NZ$25, ETD 4-8 business days

Rest of World NZD$30 ETD 4-15 business days

Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Vanilla Ink is NOT responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can, so you can look fabulous as soon as possible.
